How to order

Find the Product Online

Use the top navigation bar or scroll down to Top Categories on the homepage. Click on the category that you are interested in and view all products featured in that category. You can also search using the search bar at the top of the homepage.
Browse at your leisure and when you have found what you want, click on the ‘view ’ button. Further product information and indicative pricing will appear.

Make your Choice

If you are interested in receiving more information/a quotation on your selected product(s) please select a quantity and click ‘add to quote’. This will then be added to your handy Quote List.
Continue browsing and adding to your quote list until you are ready to proceed.

Your Quote List

Once you are done browsing and ready to send your quote list to us, click the Quote List icon – Top right (green icon).
Here you will see everything you have saved to your list. You can also edit the list before sending it to us.
Simply fill out your contact details, and make any notes which you might consider important such as required delivery dates or number of print colours. Please click ‘Send Your Request’ to submit your enquiry to us.

Quotation

We will email you a quotation based on what you have requested, showing a range of quantities and any options we feel would work for your campaign. Where as the website will give an indicative price, the quotation will be at your bespoke rates, and include carriage, and any origination* charges.
*Origination is a one off set up charge per item, which will cover the cost of making a physical print screen.

Order Confirmation

If you would like to go ahead with any of the items on your quote, please confirm which quantities & options. We will then send you an Order Acknowledgement document confirming just the items and quantities you would like to order and a total cost.

Artwork Visuals

Once the order is confirmed, we will contact you to discuss your artwork requirements. Our in house design team will put together artwork visuals, and email them across to you for your approval. Nothing will go ahead until you approve your visuals.

Production

Once you have approved your artwork visuals, your orders will then go into production.
Our production team will manage the orders and let you know the expected delivery dates.

Delivery

Receiving your goods – the most exciting part! If you have ordered multiple items, these will most likely arrive separately (we have a network of printers specialising in different products).

Invoicing

We usually invoice after delivery, invoices are on 30 day terms unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment by cheque, BACS transfer or debit card free of charge. Payment by Credit card will incur a 2.5% banking charge. On initial orders we ask for payment on Profoma then 30 days from invoice subject to account status.
