How do I contact Get Yourself Noticed?

Call us on 01639 681000,  email us at info@getyourselfnoticed.com, or use the Chat Widget on the homepage.  We are open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. We are not open on UK Bank holidays.

Do the prices include our logo on the product?

Most products include a 1 colour print in one position unless otherwise stated.
Some products are suitable for engraving or embroidery rather than printing. Prices featured on our website are guide prices and often can be printed in multiple colours which is outlined in our product details page. There are a handful of plainstock products which do not include printing your logo onto – these are clearly marked.

If you are unsure how many colours your logo is, email it through to us (info@getyourselfnoticed.com) and we can advise.

What is origination?

Origination is the costs involved in printing your logo onto your chosen products. That means the creation of a printing plate, laser engraving tool or embroidery jacquard.  If you would like to know the origination cost for a particular product please add to your enquiry list and we will forward you a detailed quotation or contact us and our helpful Team will be happy to advise.

Do the prices include an origination charge?

Usually no, the unit price does not include origination. Origination costs will viewable in the price matrix on each product.

There are a few products however which have no origination charge, the origination charge should either be set as £0  or excluded altogether from the price matrix.

Can I have more than one colour print?

Yes, most products can be printed more than one colour.

If you are interested in printing a product in more than one colour please add the product to your enquiry list with a special note advising us to send you a quotation for however many colours you need printing, or contact us and our helpful Team will be happy to advise (info@getyourselfnoticed.com).

Do you print more than one position?

Can I purchase goods plain?

Most items can be supplied plain, and there will be a reduction in cost.

How do I supply the artwork?

Simply e-mail us your logo (EPS/ Editable PDF files to achieve best results) with any text and contact numbers, websites etc that you would like to have printed on your product – we’ll do the rest, and will send you an artwork visual to approve before production commences.

Will I receive an email proof?

Yes, once our graphics department has set your design we will send you a PDF proof for you to check the layout. Once you are happy with the design simply sign and return the artwork to us – we can then process your personalised order.

How much is carriage?

Carriage is charged at cost from manufacturer, and varies per product.
Carriage prices can be found in the pricing tables on each product.

Can I collect the items from your office to save on carriage?

We do not print the products on site (At our Briton Ferry Office). We can arrange for your products to be sent to us if that is more convenient for you to collect (i.e if you are not home to take a delivery), but this will still be charged at cost.

How quickly will I receive my items after I order them?

Our standard lead-time is 2-3 weeks from artwork approval subject to availability. If you require your order by a specific date, please add the product(s) to your enquiry list and select the required date from the calendar in the form or contact us and our helpful sales team will be happy to advise you on any lead times for our products.

Alternatively, if you require a quick turnaround try searching the UK made products  where you will find a number of our quality products available at short lead times.

How do I pay for my products?

We accept payment by BACS transfer or debit card or credit card (transaction fees may apply for credit card payments).
On initial orders we ask for Proforma payment, then 30 days from invoice thereafter, subject to account status, unless otherwise agreed.

What time will my goods arrive?

Our couriers will usually deliver your goods between 9am and 5pm to your specified delivery address. Guaranteed pre-10 am delivery is available at an additional cost.

We will notify you in advance of the delivery date, however we are not in direct contact with the delivery driver on the day of delivery and cannot alter the delivery schedule. This is set by our third party couriers.

Can I get samples of any of your products?

We are more than happy to send out samples, however these will not carry your branding on them.  Please view our Terms and Conditions to find out more about our samples policy.

We do supply an artwork visual as part of the order process, so you will see what the product will look like with your branding before we go to print.
