All companies that have been successful in obtaining the charter have been rigorously independently vetted for ethical business practices, sound financials, and excellence in quality management [IS0 9001].

We schedule regular factory meetings, with our supply chain partners ensuring all relevant external audits are kept up to date, this also allows us to get info on and road-test any new products before they are released.

Monitoring of our supply chain is carried out continuously through every order we supply, and when we use overseas factories to supply a specific product, we carry out an external audit using SGS.
